What Methods of Payment Do You Accept?SusyJack* accepts all electronic payments through PayPal. You can pay with your credit card through the PayPal site whether or not you have an account, and it’s quite easy to set up. Money orders and personal checks are also accepted, but items cannot ship until your check clears. Also, items paid by PayPal eChecks will not ship until PayPal clears the funds (usually this takes 4-6 days. If you have questions about online payment through PayPal, just contact SusyJack* for assistance.
Do You Ship Internationally?We no longer take orders for delivery outside of the USA for retail purchases. If you would like to purchase SusyJack items, and you are not within the United States, we recommend visiting one of our online vendors such as http://www.seejanework.com
How Long Until My Items Arrive?SusyJack* items usually ship within 4 business days of order placement. If this is not the case (for example, if Susy is sick and can’t get to the Post Office), you will be notified immediately.
If an item has a longer lead-time, or is custom made, this will be noted on it’s detail page, so that you can be made aware prior to adding it to your cart.
What About Custom Orders? SusyJack* does not take orders for custom work at this time with the exception of pattern licencing.
What Type of Shipping and Handling Do You Offer?All items are shipped via the best way possible USPS First Class Mail, Priority Mail, or UPS.
Packages over $3.00 are shipped with Delivery Confirmation.
We want to make sure your SusyJack* wares arrive to you in the best possible condition. A confirmation will be sent to your email when your item has shipped. If you would like to receive your items more quickly, please contact us and we'll make it happen!
Timeframe for packages shipped domestically is 1-4 business days from deposit at Post Office.
How Is Shipping Calculated?Our shipping rates are very reasonable. Shipping fees are added at checkout after you decide to buy the items in your shopping cart. You will be asked to add your zip code or location into the PayPal form, and the amounts will be calculated according to the price of the item and where it is going. If you are concerned or about shipping rates calculated for your item, please contact us.
What Is Your Return/Refund PolicyWe offer a refund/return policy on the full price of the item if it is are unused and in saleable condition within two weeks of ship receipt. We do not refund shipping. We reserve the right to deny returns if the item has been worn or used and is no longer in new or saleable condition. SusyJack* strives to make your shopping experience a happy one. Please note that we ship with delivery confirmation, and cannot be held responsible for missing or lost items if the item has been sent to the correct address. If you would like to insure the item for a small extra fee, please contact us so that we may update your invoice.
