- SusyJack* accepts all electronic payments through PayPal. You can pay with your credit card through the PayPal site whether or not you have an account, and it’s quite easy to set up. Money orders and personal checks are also accepted, but items cannot ship until your check clears. Also, items paid by PayPal eChecks will not ship until PayPal clears the funds (usually this takes 4-6 days. If you have questions about online payment through PayPal, just contact SusyJack* for assistance.
- Do You Ship Internationally?
- Yes, we do take overseas orders. In fact, to date, about 1/3 of our customers are overseas. SusyJack* items are shipped via USPS International First Class. If the order is large (over $100.00) we insure and confirm delivery at no extra cost.
- How Long Until My Items Arrive?
- SusyJack* items usually ship within 4 business days of order placement. If this is not the case (for example, if Susy is sick and can’t get to the Post Office), you will be notified immediately.
If an item has a longer lead-time, or is custom made, this will be noted on it’s detail page, so that you can be made aware prior to adding it to your cart.
- What about Wholesale or Custom Orders?
- A broad selection of SusyJack* products are available for wholesale purchase by retailers, and I’d love to send a linesheet your way!

- What Type of Shipping and Handling Do You Offer?
- All items are shipped via USPS First Class Mail.
Domestic Packages over $3.00 are shipped with Delivery Confirmation.
We charge a small amount for handling, and take pains to make sure your SusyJack* wares arrive to you in the best possible condition. A confirmation will be sent to your email when your item has shipped. If you would like to receive your items more quickly, please contact SusyJack*.Timeframe for packages shipped domestically is 1-4 business days from deposit at Post Office.
Timeframe for packages shipped internationally is 6-10 days from time deposited at Post Office.
- How Is Shipping Calculated?
- Our shipping rates are very reasonable. There is a small handling fee tacked on, as well. These fees are added at checkout after you decide to buy the items in your shopping cart. You will be asked to add your zip code or location into the PayPal form, and the amounts will be calculated according to the price of the item. If you are concerned or about shipping rates calculated for your item, please send contact SusyJack*.
- What Is Your Return/Refund Policy
- We offer a refund/return policy on the full price of the item if it is are unused and in saleable condition within two weeks of ship receipt. We do not refund shipping. We reserve the right to deny returns if the item has been worn or used and is no longer in new or saleable condition. SusyJack* strives to make your shopping experience a happy one, and with our low shipping rates and low price point, we aim to please from the start.
